Job description:
- Knowledge / Implementation experience of ISO 9001, CMM/CMMI models
- Hands on experience in software metrics definition based on various methodologies, implementation quantitative analysis of metrics data using 7 QC rules (preferred)
- Hands on Experience in Process definition and QMS management, facilitating project teams right from planning to execution (preferred)
- Auditing skills to conduct Monthly compliance audits . Eye for detail towards auditing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and handle tasks independently taking full ownership which also includes reporting to Senior management
- Flair towards identifying improvement opportunities and participate in process improvement initiatives
- Strong Analytical skills and awareness of Six sigma methodology desirable
- Relevant certification such as CSQA / Internal Auditor / CSTE /GB certification preferred\
